• All rooms are non-smoking, no pets, and adults only
• 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units available
• Key West High Season: $235-$400
• Key West Low Season: $145-$350

Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 30 days written notice of your cancellation.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, a minimum $35 cancellation fee will apply.
• For special events the cancellation fee is larger which we will inform you about at the time of your reservation.
